How to order:

If you want to buy an item - Simply select the item and size/options you want, enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity box; then click on the add to cart button. You can estimate shipping costs at any time by entering your location/zip code into the "Estimate Shipping" section within the shopping cart.


We also offer the option of ordering by Telephone. If you would prefer to place your order by phone, call our toll-free number 801-896-8013 during business hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST, Monday - Friday) and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.


Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders (held for two (2) weeks to clear). Orders will not ship until payment in full has been made.

 

Minimum Order and Low Order Fees:

In order to maintain the ability to offer the best prices possible, we ask that orders total at least $18.00 (shipping not included). If you place an order for less than $18.00, a low order fee will be applied to your total. The current low order fee is $5.00.

 

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on items returned for a refund. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

 

Sales Tax

BikerPartSuperstore.com is required to charge 6.85% Utah sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Utah. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

 

Secure Shopping

You can shop at Biker Part Superstore  online with confidence. Our web site is hosted on a secure server and utilizes SSL secure server technology. Any personal information you provide is encrypted so that no one can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. Any information collected by us is stored in private files and protected from unauthorized access by outside users.


Out of stock items:

We do our very best to always have what you want in stock, however it is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is not currently available, we will contact you and offer you one of the following alternatives: (1) We can back order the item and send it as soon as it's available; (2) You can select a substitute item; or (3) We can remove the item from your order and issue a store credit or refund.


When to expect delivery:
Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package.


While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, (Please review our Shipping Policies for further details) some orders could take additional time to process, depending upon order size, warehouse location and availability. Therefore, please keep this in mind if you are ordering for gifts, special occasions or especially during peak riding season and the holidays when our sales volume is higher than normal. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Please Note: All Canceled Orders will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if the order has not been shipped, but is already in the processing stage. If an order is canceled after shipment, you will need to go through our Refund/Return process and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
