The map above is a general representation of transit times for UPS Ground shipments to commercial destinations from our warehouse. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. Delivery time may also vary depending upon location of originating warehouse and delivery destination.



GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Most items ship direct from the manufacturer's warehouse to you. We have warehouses located in Missouri, New York and Tennessee. Shipping is during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, No Weekends or Holidays. Multiple item purchases may ship from different warehouses and arrive in two or more shipments. We will always provide tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order and the fee schedule listed above. Packages are shipped by "Best Service" unless otherwise specified during the ordering process. "Best Service" is determined by our computer system, which selects the most inexpensive ship method based on the products ordered and the shipment destination. Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to within the State of Utah (6.85%).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - LOWER 48 CONTINGENT STATES

UPS Ground is our standard shipping option for orders going to the lower 48 states. Order processing can take up to 1-2 business days before your order ships. Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and the day the order is placed do not count as processing days. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address (these addresses are served by USPS). Therefore, an order being shipped to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail will require an additional 3-5 business days of processing time before your order ships. UPS Expedited Delivery* services (U.S. only) delivery is available upon request (Please note; there is still a 1-2 business day processing time on Expedited shipping before your order will ship).

* You must contact us in advance of placing your order to arrange for expedited shipping services. Additional charges will apply. UPS Expedited shipping services do not guarantee delivery overnight or within two days. Although these orders do receive priority status, order processing time is still applicable when estimating delivery time. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us before ordering.

HAWAII, ALASKA, APO, FPO, US TERRITORIES, CANADA & ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPS or USPS Priority Mail delivery service. Order processing can take up to 10 - 15 business days before your order ships. Our UT warehouse is the only one setup for shipping via USPS and items warehoused elsewhere will have to be shipped to UT to be processed for shipping to your location. Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and the day the order is placed do not count as processing days. Peak shipping/ordering times may result in a slower turnaround time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All customs fees, tariffs and/or duties on International transactions are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary depending upon each country's laws and are not included in our shipping charges. Please contact the Customs Office in your country to determine what fees will be charged.

Due to the high shipping cost, ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY

Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package.

While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, some orders could take additional time to process, depending upon order size and availability. Therefore, please keep this in mind if you are ordering for gifts, special occasions or especially during peak riding seasons or the holidays when our sales volume is higher than normal. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note: Orders totaling over $250.00 will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED and will have to be signed for by an adult (18 yrs. of age or older) when delivered. If your order will require a signature, we will notify you ahead of time.

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

All orders are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation (USPS) and/or Tracking (UPS). In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery). We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to notify all Carriers to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. All orders are packed with the utmost care. If you received a damaged item, chances are it was thrown around during transit. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. If your order arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours. Contact us immediately so we can contact the delivery company. All packing materials and the damaged item must be kept by the customer for carrier inspection.
